If you have already purchased the "Jumpstart" program and you are e-mailing for technical assistance with an order, please ALWAYS include your clickbank order number, your full name and date of your purchase for fastest service.

1) Customers: If you haven't received the welcome email or download instructions within 5 minutes of your subscription please check your spam or bulk folder. (As the amount of spam is increasing every day the spam filters sometimes block legitimate emails.)

If the welcome or download messages are NOT found in your spam or bulk folder, then our messages must have bounced or filtered on their way to your mailbox.

To solve the problem: please contact us using a different email account than the one you  used during your purchase and include your clickbank order number, your full name and date of your purchase for fastest service.

2) AOL, Yahoo, Btinternet, Hotmail and ALL Free Email Accounts Users: AOL, Yahoo, Btinternet, Hotmail and several other free email accounts often filter or bounce legitimate emails. There is also a significant delay in receiving emails when using AOL, Yahoo, Btinternet, Hotmail and several other free email accounts, so please give it a little time to arrive. If the download email doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, then follow the "To solve the problem" instructions above.

One more thing - important: We travel fairly often and many times have limited access to the internet. So if you do not hear back from us within a couple days, we are probably away. Rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
